Hosted in a beautiful, classic French villa next to Thao Dien Village, Villa Song offers a lavish environment, highlighted by great food and stunning views.

The menu, which is divided into Asian and Western dishes, covers a large selection of specialties, offering a fusion of classic Vietnamese, French, Italian food and crowd-pleasers like burgers and pizzas.

The salad and appetizer selection is impressive, with 15 appealing plates and prices starting at VND120,000. My favourite was the Tuna Tartare (VND225,000. Beautifully presented and served in a generous portion, the size resembles that of a main dish rather than a starter. The delicate mini steaks of tuna were seared and marinated in a delicious sesame seed sauce (pictured above).
